Receiving & installation

A local warehouse where your freight lands, gets inspected and waits until the site is ready — then a crew that blanket-wraps it, drives it up the canyon and sets it in the room.

The install taught us the coordination

We learned what a lead time actually costs by standing in a warehouse waiting on the one nightstand that hadn't shipped. Coordination done by someone who has unloaded the truck asks different questions of a vendor.

One record, both ends

When we coordinate and receive, the purchase order and the receiving log are the same record. What was ordered, what arrived and what arrived damaged are never reconciled after the fact — they're one line.

Use either on its own

Firms outside Montana hire us for coordination alone and keep their own receivers and installers. Montana firms can send us freight they're tracking themselves. Each service stands without the other.
